ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE
To observe the therapeutic effect of Carnitine-orotate on gastric ulcer and discuss the relevant mechanism.
METHODS
HE dyeing observation was applied into the rat gastric healing process.Elisa test IL-8,IL-10 expression. Immunohistochemical method was applied to test the expression of EGF.
RESULTS
- Carnitine-orotate can heal gastric ulcer.
- Carnitine-orotate can reduce MDA content of the organization,Strengthen SOD,Through anti-oxidation stress treatment ulcers.
- Carnitine-orotate inhibit inflammatory factor IL-8,10 expression and play a role in anti- oxidation.
- Carnitine-orotate resistance and promote EGF.
CONCLUSIONS
Carnitine-orotate is effective to treat stomach ulcers mainly through anti-oxidation stresses and promote the expression of EGF.
