Mergers Drugfil, pioneering the innovation in therapeutic and health supplements for all walks of life to restore their well-being for a healthier and longer life.

Our story began in 1981, when the company entered the pharmaceutical industry with a strong determination to provide quality healthcare products in the Philippines as a wholesaler and distributor, at the same time, paving the way for distributing superior and innovator medicines. The company was officially established as a trader in 1993 focusing on wider distribution of pharmaceutical, branded products manufactured in the Philippines.

In September 8, 1997, Mergers Drugfil Trading became MERGERS DRUGFIL CORPORATION. It entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with an established Korean company who continued the appointment of Mergers Drugfil Corporation as its sole marketing arm in the Philippines.

Mergers Drugfil Corporation has been marketing and distributing GODEX DS, the most advanced and effective drug for liver diseases, in the Philippines for a respectable number of years. GODEX DS is a breakthrough drug that is approved by the Philippine FDA as safe and effective with its action inside the mitochondria of the human cells. Because of this, GODEX DS became the Drug-of-Choice for Fatty Liver, Steatohepatitis, Cirrhosis, Acute and Chronic Viral Hepatitis, Alcoholic Intoxication and General Intoxication. The product is manufactured in Korea, passing the Korean Good Manufacturing Processes (KGMP).

Through the years, the company expanded nationwide to facilitate the increasing demands of the market. The management, headed by our founder, Mr. Mario Godfrey T. Guerra, assisted by top caliber professionals is augmenting its pharmaceutical product lines to be marketed in the Philippines.

With the company stamp of “Quality is Our Pride”, Mergers Drugfil Corporation, supported by its skilled and competent employees, unite together in one goal of pushing the boundaries in the pharmaceutical landscape by being the foremost distributor of superior, unique and innovative drug and food supplements, all the while giving value to the trust and experience of our customers.

Today, Mergers Drugfil Corporation is allied with two (2) operational Manufacturing plants both licensed by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration and awarded Certificates of Good Manufacturing Practice. One manufacturing plant is located at Marilao, Bulacan catering to the manufacture of Drugs, both Prescription and Over- The-Counter (OTC), while the second manufacturing plant is located at Pasig City catering to the manufacture of Food supplements and Food products.

With these manufacturing plants, Mergers Drugfil Corporation has expanded its product pipeline to include locally manufactured and unique Prescription Drugs, Over-The-Counter drugs, Food Supplements and Food products.
